Quality of Life / End of Life Counseling$125 / 30 mins
If you are struggling with making an end-of-life decision, don’t understand your pet's medical records or test results, are unclear about your pet's prognosis or projected disease path, or require assistance assessing your pet's quality of life, a phone consultation of up to 30 minutes is available for $125. This cost is deducted from the price of your home visit if a euthanasia decision is reached and a visit is scheduled within 2 weeks. |
