Konstantine Barsky, DVM, CVA

Dr Barsky Grew up in New York City, and Began Working and Volunteering with animal shelters in the late 1990s. After completing his undergraduate degree at SUNY New Paltz, he graduated in 2008 from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, with clinical rotations at Cornell University.
Dr Barsky has lived and worked in the Hudson Valley since 2008 and is currently the Medical Director and surgeon for the Ulster County SPCA. In addition to being a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Dr Barsky is a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist and has certification in Fear Free Handling. Combining these techniques, Dr Barsky caters to the health and wellness needs of animals with a compassionate and holistic approach. |
